| How Do I Begin
Service? |

To Log-in, request
service online,
or call toll-free 1-800-926-9194 to set up your account. You
will receive an
Account Number and Password to log in to the Token Rewards
website.

| How Competitive
Are Token Rewards Prices? |
|
Token's prices are similar
to or better than those of even the largest discount chain stores
because of our buying power. As we continue to grow, this leverage
is strengthened, and allows us to offer even lower prices.

| How Do I Pay? |
|
You will receive
an invoice in the mail for every shipment you receive. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check by phone,
and company-authorized purchase orders.

| Is There a
Service Fee? |
|
There is no service fee
for using Token Rewards. A nine percent shipping and handling
fee covers the cost of freight, packing materials and tagging
on orders of $50 or more. For orders less than $50 there is
a flat fee of $5 for shipping. To avoid the $5 charge, simply
ask us to hold your order until time for your regularly scheduled
monthly shipment. |
| Can I Request
a Specific Item? |

We always welcome your requests
and try very hard to fulfill every order. Unfortunately, not
all items are immediately available, and some may take 2 to
3 weeks to be delivered to you. We will notify you and try to
suggest a substitute item if we are unable to fill your request.

| When Do My
Shipments Arrive? |
|
You may specify the exact
dates of your orders or set up a rotating schedule to have orders
arrive once or twice a month. |
| Can I Request
an Extra Shipment or Delay a Shipment? |
|
If you find your store is
running low, you can simply request a supplemental order be
sent out to you A.S.A.P. If you find that your store is overstocked,
you can delay or skip your next shipment, without affecting
your normal schedule. |
| Do You Use
Our Demographics? |
|
Yes, and we suggest that
you update your student demographics regularly. You can log
into your account, to update your Student Demographics. You
may also fax, email, phone, or simply mail new demographics
to us. Please keep in mind that in order for us to properly
supply you with products appropriate to your mix of students,
and keep them excited, we need to know who we are buying for.

| Can I Raise
or Lower My Token-to-Dollar Ratio at Any Time? |
|
| Depending on the rate
at which you reward your students, you may find that you need
to raise or lower your exchange rate. As with any other concern
you may have, feel free to use our toll free line, fax, or
email to submit your request. Please allow us about 7 days
lead time or the request may have to be applied to the next
scheduled order.

| How Do I Change
My Budget? |
|
Token's system is set up
to make it easy for you to change your budget with us at any
time. You can update your budget on-line, call, fax or e-mail
any type of information update to us. |
| What is "The
Token Guarantee"? |
|
When we build orders for
you, we guarantee these items sell or you may send them back
for full credit
towards other rewards! Less than 2% is ever sent back, so
give us a try.

| What About
Damaged Products? |
|
Please call us within 10
days of receiving a damaged product so that we can credit your
account. If damage goes unnoticed until a student has purchased
it, we will still issue a credit or send a replacement, at your
discretion. |
| How do I Return
Items? |
|
Simply call us to obtain
a Return Authorization Number before sending your shipment back.
When you ship products back to us, we encourage you to reuse
our boxes and paper. This will help ensure the products do not
get damaged in transit. |
